Exchange consulting hours between companies
Consultancies staff in waves: between engagements, analysts and project managers are paid but unbilled. Hours lets a consultancy circulate that capacity through the network instead of writing it off.
When consultants are between engagements
Offer analysis, process design, project management, or strategy capacity anonymously. Members request scoped blocks — an operations review, a pricing analysis, PMO support for a delivery crunch — under a service order with a clear hour cap.
First engagements start small and the receiver approves the specific person on an intro call, so a consultancy's reputation never rides on an unvetted match.
When the consultancy itself needs hands
Spend earned Hours on what a consulting firm rarely employs: developers to prototype what you recommended, designers for the deliverables, marketers for your own visibility, or accountants at year-end. Hour for hour, with no subcontracting cash flow.
How the exchange works
Hours is a multilateral B2B time exchange between verified companies. You publish capacity or a need; the system shows matches; the two companies confirm scope and the specific person on a short intro call; work is logged against a service order; and only after the receiver approves the hours does the shared ledger move — the provider earns Hours, the receiver spends them. 1 hour = 1 Hour, for every competence: no rate cards, no seniority multipliers, no cash between members.
The exchange is deferred and multilateral: earn credit from one member this month, spend it with a different member next quarter. See current consulting supply on the network, or read what a B2B time exchange is.
