Exchange software development hours between companies
Between projects, developers sit on the bench while the payroll keeps running. On Hours, a software house contributes those hours to the network and spends the earned credit on any competence it lacks — without body leasing and without publishing its bench to the market.
When your developers are between projects
Offer the capacity as anonymized supply — "a verified software house, backend development, 60 Hours, remote" — with no names, rates, or CVs. Other members request blocks of it for code reviews, integrations, an MVP module, test automation, or extra hands on a deadline.
Your team stays your team: the specialist remains employed by you, works under a simple service order, and your company name is revealed only when you accept an interested member.
When you need development capacity
Spend earned Hours on developers from other verified companies in the network — a short engagement for an integration, an audit, or overflow work — approved person by person on an intro call before the order starts.
Agencies and studios that earned Hours doing marketing or design work often spend them exactly here: on the development capacity they don't employ.
How the exchange works
Hours is a multilateral B2B time exchange between verified companies. You publish capacity or a need; the system shows matches; the two companies confirm scope and the specific person on a short intro call; work is logged against a service order; and only after the receiver approves the hours does the shared ledger move — the provider earns Hours, the receiver spends them. 1 hour = 1 Hour, for every competence: no rate cards, no seniority multipliers, no cash between members.
The exchange is deferred and multilateral: earn credit from one member this month, spend it with a different member next quarter. See current software development supply on the network, or read what a B2B time exchange is.
