Exchange finance and accounting hours between companies
Accounting work is seasonal: after the filing peaks, capacity goes quiet. Hours lets accounting firms and finance teams turn the off-peak months into credit for the services they otherwise buy.
When the filing season is over
Offer bookkeeping catch-up, controlling, financial modelling, or process cleanup as anonymized supply. Growing members in the network request scoped blocks — a reporting setup, a cost review, help before a funding conversation.
Confidentiality is structural: engagements run under a service order with confidentiality terms, and your firm's name stays hidden until you accept a member.
When the firm needs modern tooling — or clients
Spend earned Hours on what accounting firms rarely have in-house: a developer to automate a workflow, a designer for the client portal, a marketing agency for visibility. One hour of ledger work equals one Hour of development — the exchange never ranks professions.
How the exchange works
Hours is a multilateral B2B time exchange between verified companies. You publish capacity or a need; the system shows matches; the two companies confirm scope and the specific person on a short intro call; work is logged against a service order; and only after the receiver approves the hours does the shared ledger move — the provider earns Hours, the receiver spends them. 1 hour = 1 Hour, for every competence: no rate cards, no seniority multipliers, no cash between members.
The exchange is deferred and multilateral: earn credit from one member this month, spend it with a different member next quarter. See current finance & accounting supply on the network, or read what a B2B time exchange is.
