Exchange design hours between companies
Design studios live between briefs. Hours turns the gap weeks into credit: contribute UX, UI, or brand capacity to the network, and spend the earned Hours on the services a studio normally pays cash for.
When your designers are between briefs
Offer spare capacity as anonymized supply — product UX, interface design, brand identity, design systems — that other members request in blocks: an app redesign, a marketing site, pitch materials, a design audit.
The engagement runs under a simple service order with an hour cap and dates; credits are minted only after the receiving company approves the logged hours.
When you need something designed — or built
Studios usually spend their earned Hours outward: getting their own site rebuilt by a software house, campaigns run by a marketing agency, or contracts reviewed by a consultancy. One hour of senior brand work earns exactly one Hour to spend — the network never prices professions against each other.
How the exchange works
Hours is a multilateral B2B time exchange between verified companies. You publish capacity or a need; the system shows matches; the two companies confirm scope and the specific person on a short intro call; work is logged against a service order; and only after the receiver approves the hours does the shared ledger move — the provider earns Hours, the receiver spends them. 1 hour = 1 Hour, for every competence: no rate cards, no seniority multipliers, no cash between members.
The exchange is deferred and multilateral: earn credit from one member this month, spend it with a different member next quarter. See current design supply on the network, or read what a B2B time exchange is.
