Exchange sales hours between companies
Sales agencies and BD teams have dead zones between campaigns. On Hours, spare sales capacity becomes credit: other companies get outbound muscle, and the agency gets the competences it can't staff.
When your sales team has spare capacity
Offer outbound hours, lead research, sales-process audits, or playbook workshops as anonymized supply. Software houses and studios in the network — often strong makers and reluctant sellers — request exactly this.
Every engagement runs under a service order, and the receiving company approves the logged hours before any credit settles.
When you need what you can't staff
Spend earned Hours on a CRM integration built by a developer, campaign assets from a designer, content from a marketing agency, or your own books closed by an accounting firm. The credit is the same unit everywhere: one hour worked, one Hour earned.
How the exchange works
Hours is a multilateral B2B time exchange between verified companies. You publish capacity or a need; the system shows matches; the two companies confirm scope and the specific person on a short intro call; work is logged against a service order; and only after the receiver approves the hours does the shared ledger move — the provider earns Hours, the receiver spends them. 1 hour = 1 Hour, for every competence: no rate cards, no seniority multipliers, no cash between members.
The exchange is deferred and multilateral: earn credit from one member this month, spend it with a different member next quarter. See current sales supply on the network, or read what a B2B time exchange is.
