Exchange marketing hours between companies

Agency workloads swing with client budgets. In a quiet month, strategists and content people have real capacity and nowhere to bill it. On Hours, that capacity becomes credit your agency spends on the competences it usually has to buy.

When your marketing team has a quiet month

Publish the spare hours anonymously — content, performance, strategy, PR — and let other members request blocks: a product launch, a content backlog, a positioning workshop, ongoing campaign support.

Nothing about your utilization is broadcast: offers carry a category label ("a verified marketing agency"), never your name, until you accept a member.

When you need marketing

Software houses and product companies in the network routinely need what you have: messaging, launch campaigns, SEO content, demand generation. And your agency can spend its earned Hours on what it lacks — a landing page built by a real developer, a brand refresh from a design studio, or bookkeeping from an accounting firm.

How the exchange works

Hours is a multilateral B2B time exchange between verified companies. You publish capacity or a need; the system shows matches; the two companies confirm scope and the specific person on a short intro call; work is logged against a service order; and only after the receiver approves the hours does the shared ledger move — the provider earns Hours, the receiver spends them. 1 hour = 1 Hour, for every competence: no rate cards, no seniority multipliers, no cash between members.

The exchange is deferred and multilateral: earn credit from one member this month, spend it with a different member next quarter. See current marketing supply on the network, or read what a B2B time exchange is.
